2022 Ford F-350 Lariat Ultimate Sweepstakes**

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Patriot Industries LLC 2022 Ford F-350 Lariat Ultimate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules.





1. SPONSOR



This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

2. ELIGIBILITY



The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.


Employees, officers, and representatives of Patriot Industries LLC (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.





3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD



The Sweepstakes begins immediately upon launch and ends automatically when 1,500 paid entries have been sold, or on April 30, 2026, whichever occurs first (“Sweepstakes Period”).


If the 1,500 paid entries are sold prior to April 30, 2026, the Sweepstakes will end immediately and notice will be posted on the website.





4. HOW TO ENTER




A. PAID ENTRY METHOD



Entrants may purchase entries on the Sponsor’s website.

Each paid entry costs $75 and is worth one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.


Maximum paid entries available: 1,500.

Once 1,500 paid entries are sold, no additional paid entries will be accepted.



B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (AMOE – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)



To enter without making a purchase, handwrite or print clearly on a card or paper:


  • Your full legal name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • The statement:
    “I wish to enter the Patriot Industries LLC 2022 Ford F-350 Lariat Ultimate Sweepstakes.”

Limit: ONE (1) free mail-in entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.


Mail-in entries must be postmarked prior to the Sweepstakes ending (either the day 1,500 paid entries sell out or April 30, 2026) and received no later than 10 days after the Sweepstakes end date.


Mail-in entries do NOT count toward the 1,500 paid entry cap.


Paid and free entries have equal chance of winning.





5. PRIZE



One (1) winner will receive the following prize:



2022 Ford F-350 Lariat Ultimate



Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $70,000 (exact FMV will be assessed at time of prize award)


Winner is responsible for:


  • Federal income tax
  • State/local taxes
  • Title, registration, and license fees
  • Transportation if required
  • Any other additional expenses not expressly included



Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize.





6. WINNER SELECTION



A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within 7–10 days after the Sweepstakes ends.


Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (paid and mail-in combined).





7. WINNER NOTIFICATION



The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. The winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to:


  • Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility
  • Sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal)
  • Submit a valid IRS Form W-9



Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.





8. GENERAL CONDITIONS



Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.


Sponsor is not responsible for:


  • Lost, late, or misdirected mail
  • Technical failures
  • Website outages
  • Payment processor issues



Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair its integrity.





9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim, injury, damage, loss, or liability arising from participation or prize use.





10. PRIVACY



Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.





11. GOVERNING LAW



This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.





12. WINNER LIST



To receive the winner’s name, send a written request to Sponsor at the address above after May 15, 2026.
